DESIGN ENGINEER MECHANICAL

Our client sets exemplary standards on a global basis for uncompromising quality and impressive innovation. Join an elite team challenged with the responsibility to design their commercial products. The client is moving the manufacturing capability of an acquired company into Ohio. Some current employees transferred, some did not. They took senior engineers and split them between current and new incoming product lines and are now back filling vacancies.

This client is looking beyond the first assignment. The client seeks to hire engineers capable of becoming managers of tomorrow. That is why they are so keen on bringing in relatively junior upper quartile engineers.

The process of growing and upgrading this site has offered multiple advancement opportunities to the people I have placed there in the last few years. I remain convinced that a person who meets the profile will have a hard time finding a better opportunity for personal growth and advancement.

The positions are for a facility near Sandusky, Ohio. The employees typically live within a semi-circle bordered on the north by Lake Erie and the western and eastern edges by Toledo and Cleveland, respectively.

I will reveal client's identity to interested viable candidates early in the process. The client pays my fees.
