2007 Meeting
Tax Planning for Engineers
You
are invited to a dinner presentation on Tax Planning for Engineers
on Wednesday, December 5, 2007. The dinner meeting will be held in a private
banquet room at Barley's Smokehouse, 1130 Dublin Road (near Grandview
Ave), Columbus, Ohio.
Dinner
will be a three-course meal with a salad, side dishes, and desert. Each
guest will choose between a 12-oz. strip steak and smoked mozzarella ravioli
as their entrée. Coffee, iced tea, and lemonade are included, but
alcoholic beverages will be extra.
Following
dinner, Jeff Brantner, a tax attorney from the offices of Rance, Pritchett,
Brantner, Keller & Ely Co LPA in Upper Arlington, will give a presentation
on tax planning issues relevant to the engineering profession. There will
be useful advice and tips for engineers and entrepreneurs, as well as
a discussion on estate planning. No matter the phase of your career, there
will be useful information for you.
Both
ASME members and guests are welcome. There will be a charge of $20 for
ASME members, $30 for non-members, and $10 for students. This charge includes
the dinner and gratuity. Please RSVP by Friday, November 30, 2007.
Pre-mailed
checks are the preferred method of payment. Please mail to: CC Technologies,

OH 43017. You can also register as indicated below. Confirmations will
be returned ASAP, such that payment can be sent. Alternative payment methods
can be discussed with Andy Lutz over the phone.
Space
is limited, and thus preference will be given in the order your registration
is received. We will send you an email about the event, confirming your
registration once we receive it.
