Robert has worked since 1998 as an project engineer in the Engineering Product Support Group of Diamond Power. Diamond Power makes sootblowers, gauges, ash handling and diagnostic equipment for the power and paper industry. The Product Support Group is responsible for sootblower design and improvement.

Robert and his wife, Jennie currently live in Pickerington.
